  • 2 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 Spring onion

Recipe Instructions:

  • Mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons Maida and 2 tablespoons of corn flour, a pinch of salt, and 1/4 cup of water. Mix everything together to create an even batter.
  • In the bowl, add the clean dry cauliflower florets. Mix it once more to ensure that the that the cauliflower is well coated with the batter.
  • Heat oil in a pot and fry the florets in medium flame until there is a an golden-brown coating over the florets.
  • When they have changed hue, shut off the flame and pull off all the florets using a kitchen towel , to get away all the access oil from the florets.

For the Sauce:

  • Firstly, heat 2 tbsp cooking oils in an oven. Add 1 teaspoon chopped ginger and garlic. Cook it until it is well-seasoned.
  • Add 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder along with some salt, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon spice powder for black pepper, one teaspoon vinegar, and two spring onion greens chopped into the pan.
  • The ingredients are ready. Incorporate cauliflower florets into the pan and mix well enough to cover the florets well with the sauces.
